PURPOSE OF EXHIBITION
The Holocaust (1933-1945) is globally denoted as the organised, bureaucratic and state-sponsored genocide of approximately 11 million Jews, degenerates and political rivals, or simply those deemed as impure and “racially inferior” by the German Nazi regime. Not only did this persecution ensue in Germany, but rather all countries in which the Nazis dominated or influenced during WWII. The intention of this exhibition is to unveil the vast detrimental effects the Holocaust inflicted on its victims, which remains immutable till this day. In addition, to broaden the understanding of viewers regarding this inhumanity and tyranny of the past, specifically the notorious perpetrators who have now become recognised as ‘Hitler’s Henchmen’. This exhibition aims to act as a guide for society, to prevent the malevolent events of our world history from repeating itself.
CHOSEN GROUP - HITLER'S HENCHMAN
(NAZI POLITICAL LEADERS)
The Nazi Political leaders or ‘Hitler’s Henchmen’ were a group of devoted, fanatical and cruel men whom Hitler associated himself with, acknowledging them solely for their expertise in specific fields. These men serviced the Fuhrer by indoctrinating and imposing Nazism onto the German population, punishing those who opposed. The role of Hitler’s Henchmen in this exhibition is to expose the offenders of the Holocaust, and the delusion they developed whilst under Hitler’s tutelage to achieve the unrealistic ideal and pure German ‘Aryan’ race.

"Eliminating these ‘impurities’ from German life would create a population of strong, healthy, normal and pure-blooded, racially superior ‘Aryan’ Germans. The means by which the Nazis planned to accomplish this ‘cleansing’ of the German…murder, terror, torture and concentration camps."

CHOSEN INDIVIDUAL - JOSEPH GOEBBELS
(MINISTER OF NATIONAL ENLIGHTENMENT AND PROPAGANDA)
Dr Joseph Goebbels was the Henchman who specialised in orating, bias advertising and censorship, and accordingly was appointed by Hitler as the Minister of National Enlightenment and Propaganda in Germany. Goebbels’ position in the Holocaust, through his expertise in propaganda, was to persuade and influence the population to be faithful and devoted to Hitler and the Nazi Party. Goebbels particularly promoted anti-Semitism, and encouraged the demise of the non-Aryan population.

"Violence and intimidation were the principle means by which the Nazis kept control in Germany...they set out to convince the German people that Nazism promised them a wonderful future. This was Goebbels' task as Minister of Propaganda"
